I am a fourth-year paleontology PhD candidate with a particular interest in using modern organisms to understand fossil record patterns. My current focus is studying taxon-specific rates and impacts of bioturbation by extant marine worms in order to better understand the Ediacaran-Cambrian transition and underlying mechanisms of the agronomic revolution.
